Our website is built and hosted on Google Sites.
We may collect and process:
Contact details (name, email, phone) when you enquire or become a client.
Business details (business name, trading address, services, and brand guidelines if applicable for creative work).
Account access data (you choose to share) so we can deliver services - for example limited, role-based access to your social media accounts. We typically request “Manager” (not “Owner”) level access where possible for social media profiles. When we set up a Google My Business Profile, we will provide you full ownership and access.
Content and media you supply or we create (logos, branding assets, copy, photos, headshots, video clips, promotional videos, and voiceover scripts/recordings).
Project records (briefs, proposals, approvals, amends, usage permissions/consents, invoices).
Website usage data such as basic logs and cookies associated with Google services that power this site (see “Cookies & analytics”).
We do not ask for special category data and we don’t store payment card details.
We use your information to:
respond to enquiries and provide quotations
plan, design and build websites
set up and optimise your Google Business Profile
design logos/branding and apply branding consistently across channels
plan (plus schedule as part of our gold package) social-media content on your behalf
organise and deliver content shoots (photos/video) and post-production
produce promotional videos and voiceover materials
administer our business (accounts, tax, record-keeping)
maintain a portfolio or case studies where you’ve given permission.
Our Services are as described in the package breakdowns on our Services Page or as we agree (in writing) with you on an individual basis.
Depending on the activity, we process data under one or more of the following UK-GDPR bases:
Contract – to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform a contract with you.
Consent – e.g., for featuring your project in our portfolio/marketing. You can withdraw consent by writing to us.
Legitimate interests – running and securing our website/services, communicating with clients and prospective clients, and improving our offerings.
Legal obligation – accounting and tax records.
(For your rights under UK GDPR, see “Your rights”.) (GOV.UK)
Images of identifiable people are personal data. We obtain appropriate consent from featured individuals where required. Withdrawal of consent stops future use, though it may not be possible to recall materials already published.
We share data only with trusted providers where necessary to deliver our services, for example:
Google (Google Sites, Gmail, Google Business Profile), web hosts/domain registrars, email/SMS tools, file storage and project-management tools, payment/accounting software, and-in content projects-photographers, videographers, voice artists, or editors under contract.
We do not sell your data.
Some providers (e.g., Google) may process data outside the UK/EEA. When they do, they use safeguards recognised by UK law (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). See the provider’s privacy information for details.
Enquiry emails: up to 12 months after last contact if you don’t become a client.
Client/project records: normally 6 years (accounts/tax).
Media assets we create for you (photos/video/graphics): typically stored for 12 months maximum unless all parties agree that we should retain materials for ongoing support and future updates. We store all assets securely and you have the right to ask us to delete them, or we will remove them sooner than the standard time if we agree to a different retention period.
Our site runs on Google Sites, which may set cookies and collect technical data (e.g., IP address, device/browser) necessary to operate the service.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, restrict access to authorised personnel and service providers, and encourage role-based access for any accounts you ask us to manage.
Under UK GDPR you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you’re unhappy with our response. See the ICO’s guidance on individual rights. (ICO)
Our services and website are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.
We may update this notice from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
